McDonald’s restaurants in Australia, New Zealand, and Japan have been hit by a technical outage that leaves them unable to process orders.”We are aware of a technology outage currently impacting our restaurants nationwide and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible,” a spokesperson for McDonald’s Australia told BI on Friday. “We apologise for the inconvenience and thank customers for their patience.” 

A similar statement was also issued by McDonald’s New Zealand, per The New Zealand Herald.
