Excellent PCB Design: The main board of SGA1 is designed with 4 layers of chemical precipitation gold PCB, and it’s stack up is GND-SIGNAL-POWER-GND. Vias in SMD pad design optimizes the filter radius of the capacitors and also greatly reduces the antenna effect caused by stub routing.
Large Capacity Capacitors: The rectifier circuits of SGA1 use two large capacity(8200uF*2) ELNA audio capacitors to ensure the ultra-low ripple voltage of the main power supply. While in the key audio signal coupling path, SGA1 uses WIMA MKS2 series nonpolar film coupling capacitor, which greatly improves the quality of audio signal and listening sense.
Convenient Control: SGA1 comes with a multifunctional knob button up to 5 operation modes, such as one/long press, slow/fast rotation, so as to complete the XLR input setup quickly. And the amazing two levels of menu clearly control different parameter adjustments for the most convenient operation.
Volume/Gain Adjustment: This all in one headphone amp integrates MUSES 72320 electronic volume which performs low noise and low distortion characteristics and with resistance ladder circuit. This combination of input and output can be memorized independently and won’t be lost when the power goes down.
Reset System: SGA1’s system can be reset in the same way as SGD1’s, just long press the knob button about 6 seconds will reset. This AMP is powered by a custom toroidal transformer containing multiple layers of permalloy shielding. The 50/60Hz power frequency noise and it’s harmonics are significantly reduced.
