There are two ways to use LEKATO guitar headphone amplifiers: 1. Edit presets by downloading editing software. 2. Edit presets directly through the buttons on the amplifier. If you are not quite sure how to use the buttons for editing, we recommend you to use the software for editing first.

Edit the Parameters to Create Your Own Presets Via Software

You can edit presets or import 3rd party IR files through the software.The free software can be downloaded from our official website or ask us to send it to you.After entering the official website, drag the page down to find the amp, click the amp to enter the details page, there are 2 softwares below the purchase button: Driver (Win) and Driver v2.3.3 (Mac), you can click to download and install as needed.There is an operation video available on this detail page for reference.

1. If the charging indicator does not light up during charging, please confirm whether the correct charging port is used. There are two Micro USB ports, and the correct charging port has a charging logo.

2. If the headphone amplifier can be used normally at the beginning, but suddenly fails to work in the middle, it may be caused by an accidental operation. Please long press the “ON/OFF” button for 10 seconds to reset.
