Silicon Face Cover & Lens Protective Set for Oculus Quest 2 VR Headset (Black)

Bought this to replace the one that came with vr set. It fit well and prevents breaking out my grandsons face.

Considering that the Quest 2 now ships with a silicon face cover, this one might not be necessary. This one does, however, provide extra pressure distribution through the nose guard, which relieves a lot of the forehead pressure I was getting with the stock cover… with that being said, that pressure was on my nose, that did not help with breathing so I cut off the nose thingy. This silicon does feel nicer than the quest’s stock offering. If anything, get this kit for the lens protector, it’s worth the full asking price by itself.

Meh. I originally bought this to help with light bleed to hopefully have a more immersive experience. The nose portion does block light a little better from the standard interface that came with the Quest 2, however it still bleeds in quite a bit. It does keep the foam from getting gross with sweat and the included lens covers do a decent job.

I got it today, One thing i noticed is that it’s not light proof, there’s still a 2-3 finger gap of light. But you can easily tune it out.

The face shield doesn’t fit properly and comes off every time I take the oculus off or when I remove the lens cover.
