Tilta Khronos Ecosystem of Accessories for iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max Released

Tilta released a lineup of accessories specifically designed for the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max smartphones: the Tilta Khronos ecosystem. At the system’s core are tailor-made iPhone cases made from aluminum alloy. The case connects to your iPhone’s USB-C port and features multiple integrated circuits/ports all around it so you can connect and power accessories cable-free. So, let’s take a closer look at all the bits and pieces of the Tilta Khronos ecosystem!Tilta released “The X Gift” in December 2023, a short film entirely shot on the iPhone 15 Pro by Angie Su and photographed by Oscar-winning DoP Claudio Miranda, ASC. This promo film also teased their upcoming Khronos ecosystem of accessories for the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, which was supposed to start shipping at the end of January 2024. However, it took Tilta a bit more time than expected to finalize their design, but the time has finally come: Tilta Khronos bundles and accessories are now available to order! The X Gift — A Holiday Short Film Shot on iPhone 15 Pro with Tilta Khronos EcosystemBehind The Scenes of ‘The X Gift’ — Shot on iPhone 15 Pro with Tilta Khronos EcosystemTilta Khronos cages for the iPhone 15 Pro / 15 Pro MaxLet’s start with the main component of the Tilta Khronos ecosystem: the cages for the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. These cages are made from aluminum alloy, available in Space Gray and Titanium White colorways, and won’t add much weight to your phone: 69.5g/2.45oz for the 15 Pro and 83g/2.92oz for the 15 Pro Max model. To install the case, you’ll need a screwdriver to secure your phone in place with four screws, ensuring that the case and all accompanying accessories remain firmly attached.Tilta Khronos cage for the iPhone 15 Pro. These contact points allow you to pass power through the cage to power accessories without cables. However, these ports are powered with the optional Power Handle and not your iPhone directly.
